Artistic Director & Production Manager

Emma Cavage (she/her) is a Director and Arts Leader based in New York City.  She received her BFA Theatre Arts with a Directing Concentration and a Minor in Arts Leadership from Boston University, and additionally trained with Anne Bogart at SITI Company and completed the Advanced Directing Certificate with a Musical Theatre Concentration at The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center. Her assisting credits include The Muny, Theatre Aspen, Lyric Stage Company, 54 Below, and New Repertory Theatre. Recent Directing Credits: Lizzie: The Musical (Boston University), Taking Over Your Life (Gallery Players), Untitled Middle School Play (Attic @ The Tank), Dry Land (Cavage-Meyer), and Beauty & The Beast (Star2B)

Business Manager & Music Supervisor

Grace Goble is an interdisciplinary artist and self-proclaimed “fun girl to hang out with” originally from the suburbs of Chicago, IL. After a brief stint in Boston, MA, during which she received her BFA in Theatre Arts, she relocated to New York City. In her work, she is inspired by feminine rage, laughter, the absurdity of the world around us, and a deep sense of the way people should be treated. She strives to make people feel seen and held, only if they want to. Recent work: untitled middle school play (Playwright, Attic@The Tank), The Body Electric (Playwright and Actor, Boston University), Lizzie: The Musical (Actor, Boston University), and Iris (Producer and Actor, Trick City Productions)

Marketing Head & Resident Dramaturg

McKayla Witt is a Vietnamese American Artist hailing from a little bit of everywhere. Her days begin with diatribes against colonialism, end with exultations on female rage, and she always makes time for tea. Obsessed with warping, breaking, and redefining structure, McKayla’s approach to acting, writing and dramaturgy focuses on examining how we can begin to carve out new spaces for ourselves and each other. She graduated from Boston University with degrees in Theater Arts and Political Science, and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.

Line Producer & Marketing Associate

Jenna Giordano is an actor & producer based in NYC. Acting credits include UNTITLED MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAY (The Tank NYC), SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE (Booth Theatre) & NORTH STAR (Wheelock Family Theatre). She was awarded as a 2018 YoungArts Finalist in Theatre. BFA BU.
